Botau has developed a CAD/CAM roll form machine for production of LSF components for large-scale use. We can also develop it for your business! Naturally, custom made and geared to your specific wishes and needs.
The machines are computer driven, so all the frame components (U/C profiles) are produced with exacting precision and are completely pre-fitted and ready for assembly.
How does it work?
Each product is marked with a dip and notch so that it fits the holes in the fastener and the components can be independently fitted together without any need for clamping or drilling. This design also makes it possible to slot in components simultaneously and add the fasteners to complete the frame.
